Our friends & farmers in Colombia have been majorly impacted by the earthquakes in the region. We wouldn’t be able to do what we do without their work, and right now they need our help. Since we can’t physically be there, we’re sending along what we can.
100% of the proceeds from the sale of our retail 10oz bags will be going to earthquake recovery efforts in the Pereira region.
UPDATE
Working with our import partners, we decided to donate to The National Federation of Coffee Growers of Colombia. FNC is a non-profit organization founded in 1927 that represents more than 500,000 coffee-growing families across the country.
They are currently assisting with reconstruction of worker housing and processing facilities, and we saw this as the quickest way for the money to make an impact.
Orders will roast and ship once we’ve hit our roast weight minimum, or by August 30th.
