Ex Machina, meaning “of the machine,” is a blend of Brazillian + Ethiopian coffees specifically roasted for espresso. Rich notes of chocolate and stone fruit give a long-lasting finish in the cup.

The cool humidity of September, meandering early morning drives as the sun sparkles through the trees, a breath of fresh pine air, digging your toes into soft sugar sand, wading in the cold iron-tinted cedar water of Atsion Lake.
The name “Atsion” comes from the Unami word for cedar water – Atsiunc. Over ice, that’s what this one brings to mind.

Weirdly works great as a summer-into-fall sipper. Yes, there's grapefruit in there, but it's not too bitter; more of dense dried grapefruit note, and tempered by that very particular, kinda fruity milk chocolate sweetness that you get from a hollow easter bunny.
