Our beans are grown by smallholder farmers that put a lot of care (and a lot of effort) into the product they’re creating, so our aim is to give their work the depth it deserves.
We roast for people who love the nuance of specialty grade coffee, hitting a light-medium to deep-medium profile. It’s right in the sweet spot that shows off the full range of every little bean.
