The box contains 3× 4oz bags:

Furrow Cafe Blend (Medium)
Moontide Deep Blend (Deep Medium)
Altogether, that adds up to a little more than our normal bag of coffee, and each bag should get you 4-5 8oz mugs, or 3-4 600g pots.
