Hi. We’re a small coffee roasting & espresso catering company based just outside of Philadelphia, PA.
seasonal blend
Dunegrass Blend
This is our late summer blend. We stumbled into it at home, after we mixed of some of the single origins that we had left over from a prior roast week, and we just kept coming back to it again and again. It’s a perfect sipper through the late summer months, while waiting for the autumn breeze to roll in.
Super versatile – it’s been solid across batch brew, flash brew, cold brew and espresso – but we love it as a pour-over.
-
soft, gentle macadamia nuttiness
juicy pomegranate
a gentle milk chocolate finish
-
An easy breezy blend of Colombian and Ethiopian coffees

Dune grass lines beaches along the East Coast, setting a dramatic path as you make your way to the ocean. The sweet grass scent mingling with salt air is foundational to shoreline summers.
It prevents erosion of the sand dunes that protect us from coastal flooding, and provides crucial habitat as a safe breedin’ & feedin’ ground for sea turtles, migratory shore birds, and plenty of other important species. So, like the signs say, “KEEP OFF THE DUNES” – y’know?
If you would like to try our coffee, you can buy some here, right on this website. We’ll send it to you in the mail. I know you’re looking at pixels, but the coffee you get won’t be pixels – it will be real, roasted coffee beans, that you can pinch in your fingers.
Also, you can visit a cafe that sells our coffee. This is a good way to “try it before you buy it.” We send our coffee to several cafes, and we think they are great. We also send our coffee to some retail shops, who are also great.
featured single origin
Colombia Huila Santa Maria
Huila is by far one of our favorite regions to source from. The coffees tend to lean into the pink- and red-fruit flavor neighborhood, and this one is right on that mark, with a lingering sweetness that evolves as the cup cools off.
Weirdly works great as a summer-into-fall sipper. Yes, there's grapefruit in there, but it's not too bitter; more of dense dried grapefruit note, and tempered by that very particular, kinda fruity milk chocolate sweetness that you get from a hollow easter bunny.

The cool humidity of September, meandering early morning drives as the sun sparkles through the trees, a breath of fresh pine air, digging your toes into soft sugar sand, wading in the cold iron-tinted cedar water of Atsion Lake.
The name “Atsion” comes from the Unami word for cedar water – Atsiunc. Over ice, that’s what this one brings to mind.
A blend of Central and South American coffees. Deep and juicy, makes a beautiful pour-over, and shines over ice.
